3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Tomato Puree
2 c. Milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onion in butter until soft. Blend in flour. Add tomato puree and stir until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add tomato mixture to cold milk gradually. When well mixed, heat slowly. Do not boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
