2 lb. can Crushed Pineapple, with juice
3/4 c. Sugar
2 pkgs. Lemon Jello
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 to 1 c. Celery, finely cut
1/2 to 1 c. Carrots, grated
1/2 to 1 c. Nuts, chopped
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple and sugar in 2 qt. sauce pan and heat. Add jello and cook a little. Add cream cheese, celery, carrots and nuts. Chill until it begins to jell. Add Cool Whip. Chill completely and serve.
