3 Tbsp melted butter
3 ears of corn, shucked, 2 cups if you use frozen corn.
1/3 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees and butter a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Cut the corn from the cob, into a mixing bowl.
Stir sugar and salt into the corn.
Add melted butter.
Mix thoughly.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place the pan with corn into a larger baking pan or roasted.
Transfer the two pans inside one another to the oven.
Carefully pour water water into the larger pan, until it’s half way up the sides of the smaller dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the pudding comes out clean.
The pudding should set, but have a slight jiggle.
