2 cups cooked squash
1 cup chopped onion
¾ cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk (evaporated is the best)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender, drain. Combine butter, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, cracker crumbs and milk. Add squash. Pour into a 1 quart greased casserole and sprinkle with cheese and more cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
