20 ounce can pineapple chunks or tidbits (save juice)
1 cup sharp grated cheese
½ stick of butter
12 Ritz crackers to make crumbs
½ cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, pineapple juice and flour to make paste. Add to canned pineapple. Stir in grated cheese. Pour into greased casserole with 1/2 stick butter. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
