½ cup butter
½ cup oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 ½ cups flour
4 TB cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
2 cups grated zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil & sugar. Add eggs, vanilla & sour milk (or buttermilk). Beat with mixer. Mix together all dry ingredients, add to cream mixture. Bat well. Stir in zucchini. Grease & flour 9x13 pan. Pour cake mix in pan.

Mix together:
½ cup choc chips
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup brown sugar
Sprinkle over top of cake.

Bake at 325° for 40-45 min.

Frost with chocolate frosting if you wish.
