4 lbs. of pork
3 lbs. of beef
1 oz. black pepper
1/8 cup ground coriander
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
2 teaspoons summer savory

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the pork and beef together, add spices, and mix thoroughly, put ingredients back in the mill and roll on casings, fill sausages, twist them according to length desired and hang for a few hours in a cool place. Cook or fry with Sauerkraut.
