1 pkg (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tsp. grated orange rind
4 turkey scallopini
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp. corn starch

MIX stuffing mix with butter, hot water, whole berry cranberry sauce and orange rind; let stand 5 minutes to soften.

DIVIDE stuffing among turkey scallopini, spreading over surface.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

HEAT oil in frying pan over medium-high heat; brown rolls on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is cooked. Remove rolls and toothpicks.

MIX cranberry sauce, orange juice and cornstarch until smooth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.

SLICE rolls; drizzle sauce on top.
