Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. pasta of choice
2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1˝ to 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast cut in 1˝” cubes
2 tsp. oil
1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ozs.)
Salt and pepper
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 jar spaghetti sauce w/cheese
1 bunch parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta. Season meat. Sauté onion, garlic. Add meat and brown, add tomato and bring to a boil while stirring, add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Simmer till mushrooms and meat are done. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop parsley and sprinkle over sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over dish, as desired.
