1 1/2 lbs. Beef, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Fat
1 1/2 c. Tomato Juice
1 Tbsp. Onions, finely cut
1/2 c. Celery
1 1/2 Tbsp.Salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
3 Potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 whole Onions
4 Carrots, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, flour and fat in pressure cooker. Add tomato juice, onions, celery, salt, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Let steam flow from vent then cook at 15 lbs pressure for 10 minutes. Cool at once. Add potatoes, whole onions and carrots. Vent air for 1 minute then cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 10 minutes.
