4 large cucumbers
1 Tbls. course sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
½ Tbls vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers and slice thin. In a bowl sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow to set for 20 minutes. Pour off any excess juices. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Pour over cucumbers and stir until well coated. Refrigerate before serving.
