1 quart whole milk
¾ cup sugar
½ cup farina, plus 2 tbs.
½ cup butter, plus 2 tbs.
6 eggs
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
Cinnamon and chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk and sugar together and add farina gradually. Add 2 tbs. butter and stir constantly until thickened (medium). Remove from heat. Beat 6 eggs well, add farina mixture gradually, beating constantly. In a 9”x13” pan, melt ½ cup butter until golden brown. Add the farina mixture and bake in slow oven (350º) for approximately 30 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon. Serve lukewarm.
