2/3 c. Banana, mashed
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Orange Juice
1/8 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Whipping Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine banana, lemon juice and orange juice in a bowl. Add salt and sugar, mixing well. Add milk and beat with rotary egg beater until frothy. Pour into tall glasses. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
