6 slices of bacon, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1½ - 2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tsp seasoned salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1 Tbs chopped fresh sage (7-8 leaves)
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs light brown sugar
2 Tbs red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, cook bacon on med-high heat for approximately 2 minutes. Season pork with seasoned salt and pepper. Place pork in with the bacon. Cover pan and cook for 8 minutes, turning pork and stirring the bacon until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes; stirring and turning pork, occasionally, until the sauce has reduced by half. Remove pork, slice and return back to sauce. Serve apple sage pork with rice.
