2 1/4 Cups Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon. Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Soft Butter
1 Cup Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Lemon Extract
1 Teaspoon Milk
Add another vanilla or lemon extract if Sugar Free Substitute was used

Directions:

Mix, roll, and cut cookies. Bake 8 -10 minutes at 400 degrees of until golden brown. Cool and serve.

If using Sugar Free Substitute, bake on 375 degrees.
