2 Cups Cake Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute Sugar
3/4 Cups Butter
1/2 Cup Buttermilk less 2 Teaspoons
1Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Nuts
1Cup Mashed Bananas
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Add another teaspoon of vanilla if Sugar Free Substitute was used.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter until soft. Add flour and sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix with butter and add 1/4 Cup of buttermilk. Add banana and nuts. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of buttermilk and vanilla. Place in three greased and floured pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Lower temp to 350 degrees of Sugar Free Substitute was used.
