1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 1/2 Cups Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
3 Eggs
3 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Frosting
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Soften Butterf3 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar or Sugar Free Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Milk or Light Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar or sugar substitute and eggs. Stir flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Mix flour mixture with creamed mixture. Alternative buttermilk and add vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured pan (use 3 pans or a large sheet pan) at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Bake on 325 degrees if sugar free substitute was used.



Frosting
Mix with electric mixture until creamy. If too thick to spread, add a little more milk.

This is another recipe which I found alone time ago. It was posted in the newspaper by Veronica Glover. I added the sugar free substitute to the recipe. Have fun in baking this cake!
