2 Cups Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1 Cup Shortening
3 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Cups Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1Teaspoon Lemon Flavoring
Add another teaspoon of Lemon Flavoring if Sugar Free Substitute

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and shortening. Add lemon flavoring. Roll on a pastry board and cut cookies. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees until edges are brown.
