250g Catelli Shaped Wagon Wheels
2 cups Broccoli Florets
1 Celery Stalk, Thinly Sliced
2 Green onions sliced
¼ cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh Parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup Sour Cream
1 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp each paprika and salt
8 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges

Directions:

Cook wagon wheels according to packaging directions, adding Broccoli during the last 4 minutes, drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; Drain well.

In a large bowl, combine wagon wheels and broccoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley.

In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt, mix well.

Pour over pasta mixture: toss to coat. Cover and Chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently.
