½ Cup all-purpose Flour
½ Cup rolled Oats
½ Cup Grape Nuts
⅔ Cup melted Butter
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup White Sugar

Skillet Mix:
2 Cups sliced Strawberries
2 Cups sliced Rhubarb
⅓ Cup Brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Water
⅓ tsp, Cinnamon
⅓ Cup White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toss sliced Strawberries & Rhubarb in Lemon Juice.
In separate bowl mix Flour, Rolled Oats, Grape Nuts, 2/3 Cup melted Butter, ¼ Cup Brown Sugar in large bowl.
In skillet melt 3 Tbsp. Butter over med. heat. Stir ⅓ Cup Brown Sugar, ⅓ Cup White Sugar & Cinnamon into melted butter until sugar begin to resolve, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add Strawberries, Rhubarb & Water; continue cooking and stirring until softened & are coated with sauce, 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour Strawberries and Rhubarb Mixture into baking dish & sprinkle topping evenly over it.
Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes.
Best served hot over vanilla bean ice cream.
