Ingredients:
Halibut or white fish
Soy sauce
Minced garlic
Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic and dijon mustard in a bowl and basically make a green, chunky looking marinade.

Put halibut in a study plastic baggie and pour in marinade. If time allows marinade over night but a few hours works well. Suck the air out of the bag as best you can.

Hit the grill!

Personal Notes:
Again, I'm not one for measurements but I just eye ball enough of these three ingredients to concoct a nice, green looking marinade. Personally, the more minced garlic, the better. Works great on grilled cod as well.

This marinade is also dynamite on chicken; great Asian flavor. I love marinating chicken thighs overnight and then bake the chicken served over rice or quinoa.
