Pork chops, washed and patted dry
1 egg, beaten with salt and pepper and grated Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:

Coat pork chop with egg mixture.
Firmly press bread crumbs onto pork chop.
Quickly brown on both sides in hot oil (no more than 5 minutes each side(.

Place in baking dish.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 275-300F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
