2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour(I prefer pastry flour)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 bananas mashed
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk (or use milk with a tsp of lemon)
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar and dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas and the rest of the ingredients.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the mashed banana mixture. Combine
until moist.

Bake at 375º for 15-17 min.
