2 cans corn (drained)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. red onion (chopped)
1 c. mayo
1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag Chili Cheese Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and chill. Add Fritos right before serving. (You can also leave the Fritos in a separate bowl next to the corn salad and let people add them as desired. This way the corn chips don’t get soggy.)
