Ingredients:
Ingredients:
From Little Book of Jewish Appetizers

2 small containers of FAGE 2% Greek Yogurt
1/2 C sour cream
1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grated Lemon Zest
1 TBS Lemon juice from lemon
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 large garlic clove- minced
2 tsp chopped dill
5 small or Kirby cucumbers grated- large holes ( I use my food processor for this)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper

Grate the cucumbers. Here is the trick not to make a watery dip. After grating the cucumbers, pat with paper towel and dry out the cucumber. You do not want this to be juicy, but rather dry slivers of cucumber. You will be surprised how much water you pat out.

Fold the cucumbers into the mixture. Cover and refridgerate about 1 hour before serving.

Serve with Za'atar Pita chips also in cookbook

Hint
It is also great with Salmon either hot or cold. It is good if you are serving spicy food to cut the heat of the spices

This dip keeps about 3 days
