1 8lb. Pork Butt Roast
4 Tbsp. House Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
4 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 Medium Onion sliced
1 Cup Water
3 Bay Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle one side of roast with 2 Tbsp. House Seasoning, rubbing well.
Flip over & sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. House Seasoning, rubbing well.
Repeat the process with Seasoned Salt & Liquid Smoke.
Place meat in a roaster pan; add onion, water & bay leaves
Cover and cook at 350º for 3 hours or until a meat temp registers 170º.
Leftovers make great Barbecue Sandwiches!
