2 3/4 cups matzoh cake meal
1/2 pound butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3/4 cup potato starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounce chocolate chips
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream the butter with sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time.
4. Beat until smooth.
5. Sift the cake meal, potato starch and salt.
6. Fold the dry mixture ino the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
7. Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
8. Form into 3 or 4 looaves on a greased baking sheet, about 3 inches wide. Top with a mix of 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
9. Bake 40-45 minutes.
