Hurry up Cake

4 Eggs
1 cup boiling Milk
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Flour
3 tsp. Vanilla
¼ cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and Flour 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder. Add all at once to egg mixture. Heat milk and butter to boiling. Add to flour mixture. Beat together. Bake for 25-30 minutes. While cake is baking prepare topping.
 

Hurry up Coconut Topping


Ingredients:

1½ cup shredded Coconut
½ cup Butter (melted)
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, spread immediately on hot cake. Return to oven under broiler for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Watch closely, this will burn fast.
