3 tsp light brown sugar
1 oz Paddy’s whiskey (in a pinch use Jameson’s whiskey)
2/3 c strong hot coffee
1/4 c heavy cream, whipped with white granulated sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar and whiskey in cup. Add coffee and stir. Top with lightly sweetened, lightly whipped cream. To keep cream from sinking, slowly pour cream down the back side of the spoon into cup. Yields 1 cup.
