5 Cups Pecans
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Agave Nectar
5 Eggs Whites (stiffy beaten)
2 Tablespoons Steen's Pure Canes Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pecans until brown in 350 degrees oven. Beat eggs whites until stiff and fold in salt and agave nectar. Fold nuts into egg white mixture. Melt butter in shallow skillet. Pour pecan mixture into butter. Stir nuts occasionally while in oven. Bake 325 degrees 20-30 minutes.
