4 Slices bacon thick cut
1 lb. chicken breast boneless and skinless cut into small bite size pieces
1 oz. ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (1 pkg. or 2 Tbsp.)
8 oz. penne uncooked or pasta of your choice
3½ Cups chicken broth, low sodium
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Cups cheddar cheese shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

*Cook bacon in large Dutch oven utill crisp. Remove bacon & drain fat.
*In same pot add chicken & cook 3 minutes over med-high heat unit brown.
*Add ranch seasoning mix to chicken & stir coating all of the chicken with season. mix
*Add penne, chicken broth & stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & cover to cook for 20 min or until the pasta is cooked to your preference. Stir often to prevent pasta from sticking to pot.
There will be some liquid left in the pot.
*Add cream cheese & stir until sauce is creamy & cream cheese melted.
*Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheddar over the top & cook for about 30 seconds then turn off heat and remove lid. The cheese should have melted. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.
