Ingredients:  
4-5 boneless chicken breasts and shredded (Can use bone in breasts. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes: first bring water to boil and then lower heat to a simmer but don't boil the chicken breasts or they will get tough.)
3-15.5 oz cans hominy; rinsed and drained
3-15 oz cans black beans; rinsed and drained
1 large 28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
2 small 4 oz cans mild green chilies
2 cans corn drained or a 12 oz bag of frozen corn
2-14.5 oz cans chicken broth
1-1oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1-1 oz pkg taco seasoning

Combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream.
