5 Corn on the Cob each cut up in 3 pieces - (Total 15 pieces)
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
˝ tsp. of turmeric
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1˝tsp. salt
2 cans of coconut milk
˝ - 1 tsp. green chili paste
˝ bunch of chopped cilantro
1 tsp.garam masala

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil corn in 5 cups of water and add ˝ tsp. of salt. Drain the water and keep aside.
2) In a separate saucepan add coconut milk, lemon juice (always add lemon juice in cold coconut milk) garlic, turmeric, green chili paste, 1 tsp. of fresh cilantro.
3) Bring the coconut milk to a boil stirring frequently.
4) Add the boiled corn and let it simmer for another 15 minutes
5) Taste for salt and spiciness. If need you can add more green chutney or salt.
6) Sprinkle the garam masala
7) Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the rest of the cilantro.
