Step 1
Boil Chicken
2 chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp green chutney
1 1tsp cilantro chutney
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Step 2
½ packet of frozen cassava (5 lb. bag)
4 cups of water
1 tsp of salt to taste
1 whole green chilies
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
½ bunch of fresh cilantro - chopped
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
2 cans of coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tsp garam masala

Directions:
1)In a saucepan add all the ingredients in Step 1 and cook until the chicken softens. Don't add any water and keep the heat at medium stirring frequently. Once the chicken is done keep it on the side.
2) Boil the frozen cassava in 4 cups of water 1 tsp of salt and 2 green chilies.
2) Remove the cassava and place in colander and run cold water to remove excess starch. Cut up the mogo into small bite size pieces.
3)In a saucepan, heat 2 cans of coconut milk, 1 tsp of salt, green chutney, cilantro chutney, lemon juice, garlic and 1 tsp of cilantro.
4) Once the coconut boils , add the cassava , chicken and broth and let it simmer for about 15 mins. Taste for salt and spiciness.
5) If the sauce is too thick add water accordingly
5) Add 1 tsp of cilantro and garam masala let it simmer for another 5 mins.
6) Serve in a bowl and add the remaining cilantro.
