½ packet of frozen cassava (5 lb. bag)
4 cups of water
2 tsp of salt to taste
2 whole green chilies
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp cilantro chutney
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
½ bunch of fresh cilantro - chopped
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
2 cans of coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 tsp garam masala

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil the cassava in 4 cups of water 1 tsp of salt and 2 green chilies. Add mogo or cassava until it is well cooked.
2) Remove the cassava and place in colander and run cold water to remove excess starch. Cut up the mogo into small bite size pieces.
3)In a saucepan, heat 2 cans of coconut milk, 1 tsp of salt, green chutney, cilantro chutney, lemon juice, garlic and 1 tsp of cilantro.
4) Once the coconut boils , add the cassava and let it simmer for about 15 mins.
6) Depending upon the consistency of the mogo add water if needed.
5) Add 1 tsp of cilantro and garam masala let it simmer for another 5 mins.
6) Serve in a bowl and add the remaining cilantro.
