"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Once upon a time, Barb brought me a bag of pears and said she knew that I would find a way to use those pears! This was one of several recipes I found to use pears! It is a delicious bread and well liked whenever I have brought it to someone. Enjoy!
