2 red Bell Peppers
10 red Thai red chillies (Adjust the number of chilies for your taste)
2 tbsp. of fresh crushed garlic
1 small crushed onion
1 tbsp. of paprika
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp of salt
1tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of vinegar
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Slice the Thai chilies and remove the seeds from it.
Use gloves to handle the chilies.
2) Cut the bell peppers into 2 halves and remove the white seeds.
3) In a blender add all the rest of the ingredients except the water and pulse well until.
4) In a saucepan, add ½ cup of water and simmer well until the mixture thickens.
5) Depending on the consistency of the of the sauce desired you can add the rest of the water.

You can use this paste for barbecued or grilled chicken. If you prefer ginger you can add 1 tbsp. to your chicken.
