Step 1
1 chicken cut up in 6 pieces and skin removed
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tsp of green chutney
1 tbsp. of cilantro chutney
1 tsp. salt

Step 2
1 cup of white flour
1 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp. of Cajun seasoning
2 eggs
2 tbsp. of milk
1tbsp. of red hot sauce (optional)
2 cups of Canola oil.

Step 1
1) Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in step 1 and leave for 30 mins - 1 hour.
2) Combine all the ingredients in Step 2 and coat the chicken with the seasoned flour and leave for another 30 mins to 1 hour
3) Heat Canola oil in a wok and fry on medium heat
4) Using a skimmer, put them in a colander to remove any excess oil.
5) Serve with tomato chutney.
