1 lg. head of Lettuce, washed and torn
1 head Cauliflower, washed and cut into pieces
1 lb. Bacon, crisp & crumbled
1 Onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. Mayo
1/3 c. Sugar
grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in large bowl in this order: lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, and onion. Spread on top, do not mix: mayo, sugar and cheese. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Toss thoroughly just before serving.
