2 lbs. of rib eye steak or top sirloin cut up in small uniform pieces
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
1 tbsp. of ginger paste
2 tbsp. of sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp of green chutney
1 tsp of cilantro chutney
1 tsp of chili pepper (optional)
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp. of paprika
1 tsp of salt to taste
2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of tenderizer
1 tbsp. of tomato paste (optional)
2 tbsp. of Canola oil
12 Bamboo skewers for grilling - soaked for at least 1 hour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Add the spice mixture to the meat and let it marinate for about 1 hour in the fridge.
3) Fire up your grill and allow it to preheat while you prepare the kebabs on the skewers.
4).The length of cooking time for the kabobs will depend on :
•the temperature of your grill and how well it’s maintained throughout the cook
•the size of the cubed meat
•and your desired doneness temperature
Serve with Salad and tamarind chutney
