1½ c. crushed graham crackers
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. softened butter
10 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together graham crackers, sugar and softened butter. Press into and up the sides of a springform pan. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, lightly whip heavy cream. Fold this into the cream cheese mixture and spoon onto the graham crust. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
