1/2 pound smoked salmon, thinly sliced
4 ounces cream cheese
3 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
I chopped dill sprigs for garnish
1 tsp lemon juice
1 jar caviar
Sliced lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the softened cream cheese with the lemon and chopped dill.
Cut the sliced salmon into rectangles, approximately 1 1/2 X 2 1/2 inches.
Roll salmon rectangles into horn shapes.
Fill each horn with the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle each exposed top with caviar.
Garnish with a fresh spring of dill.
Serve on platter with sliced lemons.

You can use either red or black caviar or alternate each horn with different colors.
We found this recipe in a book Martha Jane gave us, the book was called Yuppie Yummies. We made this recipe all the time when we lived in Minneapolis.
