Ingredients:  
1 lb. loaf french bread, cubed
8 oz. cream cheese, diced
8 eggs
2½ c. half and half
6 T. melted butter, cooled
¼ c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ bread in buttered 9x13 pan. Spread cream cheese over bread. Add rest of bread cubes. Mix eggs, half and half, butter and syrup. Pour over bread. Press down. Cover.
Refrigerate overnite.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 45 min at 350º.
Serve with syrup.
