1 king size loaf of white bread
4 oz. blue cheese (Kraft), softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
2 cans asparagus (I like Bit of Honey brand)
2 sticks of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix both cheeses and egg. Trim crust from bread and flatten with rolling pin. Spread cheese mixture on bread. Put one stalk of asparagus on each slice of bread and roll up. Melt 2 sticks of butter and dip each bread roll. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When ready to use, thaw slightly and cut in desired length (⅓ or ½) or leave whole. Bake for 20 minutes.
