1/2 cup diced onion
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. Sauterne
1 cup sour cream
2 cups drained French cut green beans (cooked if from frozen)
3 oz. can mushroom pieces
1/2 cup chopped cashew nuts
buttered bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Stir in flour. Add Sauterne
Blend in sour cream.
Add green beans, mushrooms, and cashews.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs,
Bake for about 20 minutes.
