2 CUPS SUGAR
1 TSP SODA
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP RED FOOD COLORING
4 EGGS , WELL BEATEN
1 1/4 CUPS OIL
2-10 OZ PKG FROZEN STRAWBERRIES

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. POUR IN OIL, EGGS AND STRAWBERRIES. MIX WELL BY HAND. STIR IN COLORING UNTIL EVENLY BLENDED. POUR INTO 2 GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PANS ( I USE SPRAY). BAKE AT 350º FOR 1 HR,

I USE MINI LOAF PANS AND GIVE THEM FOR CHRISTMAS. I LIKE TO SMEAR SOFT CREAM CHEESE ON MINE AND ON THE CHERRY CHOCOLATE BANANA NUT BREAD WHEN I EAT THEM. GOOD CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST!
