.3 oz pork rinds
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp mayo (I use japanese mayo)
.3 oz parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp salt (I use seasoned salt for extra flavor)

Directions:

Top salmon with mayo and dijon then spread over salmon.
Next sprinkle parmesan cheese, then pork rinds on top.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until flaky.
