Ingredients:  
1 + ¾ cup flour or 2 cups CAKE flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 egg YOLKS
1+¼ cups of milk
½ cup melted shortening or oil
2 STIFF egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Make egg whites & set aside

Beat together yolks, milk & oil/shortening until smooth & creamy

Mix together baking powder & flour. Stir into batter

Stir egg whites into batter, keeping batter fluffy.

Pour into a waffle iron & cook until golden brown
