3 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 lb or 1cup of butter
2 cans of PIE FILLING - Cherry, Peach or Apple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Melt butter & add to dry ingredients, reserving 1 cup for the topping

Press dry mix into greased pan - building up the sides.

Then pour filling on dry mixture

Sprinkle with reserved crumbs & chopped nuts of your choice,

Bake for one hour

Let cool then cut into squares
