6 oz Semi Sweet Choc morsels
1/2 lb (2 sticks) ROOM TEMPERATURE UNSALTED butter
1 XL egg YOLK
1tsp vanilla
1+1/4 c SIFTED Confectionary Sugar
1 TB instant coffee powder

Directions:
Directions:
Over boiling water melt chopped choc morsels. Let cool

With electric mixer on MED power, beat butter until fluffy (about 3 minutes)

Add vanilla & yolk & beat for 3 more minutes

Slowly add sugar & beat until creamy & smooth

Dissolve coffee powder in 2 TB of water then stir into mixture - DO NOT WHIP!
With mixer on LOW, add chocolate after the coffee.

Spread immediately on to cooled cake
